wireless on 11.04

Hi, I do not use wi-fi at home so I used the icon on the top right to disable wireless. But since removing the check mark on enable wireless I cannot put the check mark back on. I have looked at the inbuilt tutorial but the documentation takes it for granted that you can click back on it.

Any help would be appreciated

If you can go to the main network settings window, you can probably turn it back on there. I have a similar issue in Fedora 15. I have to turn the wifi off and on twice in the main settings before it tries to connect.
