Wireless lan on ubuntu
 

Hey..

I have a problem - i dont know how to add my wireless network-card to the hardware list in ubuntu. The installation program has not discovered the wlan card itself, so i have to do it manually. I would be glad if someone in here could help me telling me how to do it, because i have to use it almost everyday, and if i cant get it working, i cant use ubuntu in my work.

There are some articles at ubuntuforums about setting up wireless connections ndiswrapper.

you have to find out what kind of wireless nic you have... exact model number... and get the windows xp driver for it and use ndiswrapper... post what kinda card you have.. i recently have had to figure out how to get mine to work.... so i migh be of some assistance....
