will installing cinelerra on ubuntu 12.04 make conflicts with openshot video editor?
 

i have openshot and i want cinelerra also,because both are good and i can't say that one is beter than the other because one has featurez that the other one dosen't and visebersa (sorry for my english)

Please be more specific. What exactly is the problem you have? Please provide the exact steps you have done and the exact error-messages you got.

i mean,does the packages of cinelerra affect the packages of openshot video editor? for example python has a problem with openshot and another video editor,i don't remember wich one

Well, let me tell you something: installing Cinelerra on my ubuntu 11.10 breaks my whole audio system. Neigther VLC nor Gmusicbrower can play music now....

Removing Cinelerra doesn't work, of course.
