Question Wifi network connect


I need to know what is BSSID.. I want to connet it but I have problems with this...?? Where I should to find that code..?? or what is it...??

Okay, I get the BSSID now, that is the MAC address of the system that you are configuring.

But, where do I find the SSID? Is that the name that the router uses? It would follow, as the SSID can be a name, the BSSID has to be a colon-separated address.

My set up is on Verizon FIOS, with a router that uses a WEP key. That leads me to use the 40-128bit key in Wireless Security, no?
