Why is it trying to download from the CD?

Hey guys, trying to get webmin up and running on my 6.06 server. I do a dpkg -i webmin.deb and it tells me its reliant on perl. So I do a apt-get install perl, and it tells me 23MB will be needed, then tells me to insert the cd.

How can I force ubuntu to always use the online repositories?

Thanks, that was easy.

For anyone in the future who might look up this issue
sources.list is found in /etc/apt/
