Which release of google chromium do you use on your system?
Note: On the first choice i haven't specify PPA because on the more recent release of Ubuntu is available directly on the repository while on the less recent is necessary use the PPA. As example of browser based on google chromium is: SRWare Iron I haven't specify the list of distro derived from google chromium because there are many. I posted here because on Ubuntu are available different package while i haven't found the same for other distro. |
Code:
% apt-cache policy chromium-browser Evo2. |
evo2 on debian you have only one package (the stable version of google chromium) put on the unstable branch of debian and nothing other.
And i noticed the same happen with other distro. For other distro as for example RHL (and derived distro) is even more problematic (despite with the 6 release i think will be possible use google chromium without problem). |

I think the testing version was pulled because of RC bugs and the experimental version has now filtered down to unstable. Cheers, Evo2. |
