Where do i set draft printing rather than default?

I guess the title says it all.

I'm using Ubuntu + KDE ( i use KDE). The printing isn't particularly slow but i don't need perfect black letters and would rather have a system-wide draft setting like i used to have in Mandrake. Thing is, i can't find where to set it.

Please help.

since you use KDE open a browser and in the url with the printer on type
localhost:631 and press enter it should take you to CUPS and allow you to do various settings.

IMHO create 2 printers one called draft and one called HQ and adjust the settings for each to reflect the fast and poor output or the slow and hi quality output
