virtualbox failed to open my vm


hi guys hope someone can help me with this...
have virtual box installed after some minor problems with the additions.. (f e mouse hangs.. ) now it wont start my vm.
think has something to do with my usb, (had 4 sticks in it)

anyway cant correct the problem myself.. maybe someone can help?


errormessage:
