vim 7.2 won't build properly on 9.10

Well, maybe that is not quite the right way to put it -- it appears to build fine, but will not run:

Vim: Caught deadly signal ABRT
Vim: Finished.
Aborted

I've built from the 7.2 source on fedora and debian, no problems. I cannot use the stock version, it does not include some of the features I need.

Anyone know what's up?

This is a bug in vim patched subsequent to the 7.2 release, qv.
