Viewing video from security camera on Thinkpad 600E

Hi all,
I'm looking for a way to show video on my Thinkpad 600E (128m, 10g, Ubuntu 6.06) from a telepresence robot. The best way I can see to do this is to use this video camera. The page says you'll need a capture card, and I'm not sure where to look for something like that to work with Ubuntu. Also, what kind of software will I need? I only need to view live video, not save or edit it. Hope this question makes sense. Thanks for helping!

For that you'll need a something like a WinTV card. For a few dollars more you can get the better PVR-150. If you ever decide to use your PC to record TV shows using MythTV, you'll be able to use the same card.

Thanks for the response. I'm actually changing my mind and I'm probably going to get a wireless webcam instead. However, if I do get a capture card I'll keep this in mind. -Caleb
