Smile USB Pen drives dont appear on Desktop or Places menu in Xfce

Dear all,

I am using Xfce for LTSP and strangely, On a LTSP client the external USB Drives don't appear in the places menu or Desktop. Instead it is mounted in /media/disk/$USER/USB ...

I have also checked the options of displaying removable drives in Desktop Properties, but it still doesn't appear.
How can i get this displayed on the desktop or the places menu? ;D
