Updates out of Sync

After using Mozilla for years, I switched to Chromium. Although it has been a couple of months, all of my recommended updates still include Mozilla & all its necessary dependencies/adjuncts.
This makes choosing what I really need to download a bit of a guessing game.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you want to keep Firefox installed then you should keep it up to date so should be accepting any updates for it (in general you should be accepting any updates unless you know better for some reason).
If you don't want Firefox installed then you should be able to remove it in the software centre. That way you won't get any updates for it as it won't be present.
