Updates - Herd to Herd to Release ?

I have Herd 4 installed, when Herd 5 comes out do I need to reinstall or is the update manager keeping my install current ? Same for when the release comes out. In the past I have reinstalled from CD for each Herd and then for the Final Release.

Thanks

- Jim

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FeistyUpgrades shows you how to do it. It'll download and install everything, no need to do a re-install.
