You can first install Windows XP and there and via the XP installation there is a partitioner.Make sure that the partition is FAT32.when you install your XP,simply install 98 over it and now you have only Windows.
I would like to ask you why you are not using linux anymore?

My computer is too old to run Ubuntu properly and I don't want to spend the money to uprage my computer. I'm going to wait until I get a new one and then put Ubuntu on that one and have Windows on my old one. Ubuntu rocks
