Unhappy Ubuntu Question

I live in Kabul, Afghanistan. I want to have the Ubuntu CD's. I can't download the ubuntu setup because here in Afghanistan the Internet speed is very low. I think the Ubuntu company ships it for free. Can I get it here in Afghanistan for free.

And please give the instructions of completing the form of shipping.

Moved: This thread is more suitable in Ubuntu forum and has been moved accordingly to help your thread/question get the exposure it deserves. Ubuntu forum seems the best place for such kind of very specific question.

They ship anywhere in the world, so it shouldn't be a problem to ship them to Afghanistan.

If you go to the Ubuntu website and go to "shipit - Free CDs". Go through the registration process and then see if they'll ship to your country. I don't see why they shouldn't as part of Ubuntu's policy is accessibility.
