Ubuntu Goes Idle, Really!

Hello,

I am using Ubuntu. It is set to idle mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. After the computer goes in idle, it is hard to get it off of the idle mode. When I move the mouse it takes about 1-1,5 minutes to activate.

Am I the only one having this? Or is there a way to fix this? I set the idle time to 2 hours, but nothing changes. The same thing happens after 2 hours instead of 10 mins.

try pressing keys on the keyboard....

for me, its not immediate but its only a few seconds... like maybe 10seconds max....
