Ubuntu 9.04: mkfs.xfs question

Hi folks, with mdadm I succeeded in creating a raid array.
Now I must make a file system and my choice is xfs. However there seems to be an option needed in case the disk space exceeds 2TB.
I have googled on this subject but I did not find a clue.
The raid array will be used to store my music files.
Any help on this topic is welcome.

Thanks but it did not work.
I tried it and got an error message:

parted: invalid token: gpt

Don't know what it means ...

I used webmin to configure mine. http://www.webmin.com/
I also had loads of other silly problems until I spotted an article that told me to delete the array from the card I was using.
Once I did that I could format the array from webmin otherwise I got unknown partition and other errors.
