Ubuntu 12.04 lts - issue with terminal window infrort of all windows in Unity

Hi guys,

This is my first post here, so apologies if this is in the icorrect location etc.

I recently installed ubuntu 12.04 lts pangolin, and whilst I use Unity 2d for odd reason Terminal sits in front of all windows, All other windows are fine. Just seems to be terminal.
Also doesnt look like it is fully in front, as although i looks in front of other windows, I am actually interacting with the window behind it, and not terminal.

Dont know if anyone else is having this issue.

If I dont use Unity, works fine, however would like to use Unity

Could anyone help please if possible?

I have been able to get "terminal" out of the way by using the "workspace switcher". Placing "terminal" in one of the "unused" windows displayed.
