TWIKI Packages within Ubuntu

Hello,

Can anyone tell me why TWIKI stopped being packaged up and maintained on packages.ubuntu.com? It appears in Hardy but then as of Lucid it disappears; is there a reason for this?

Furthermore are there any setup guides for TWIKI 5.x specifically for Ubuntu 12.10 unless someone knows of a third party PPA as I would like to try the latest stable version of TWIKI out to see if it will be suitable for a team to use to store notes procedures etc....

I do not use Ubuntu any more but thought a search on this may bring some useful results.

A small part of my reason for switching to Debian was that I keep needing to use information for Debian to get similar "fringe" programs going it Ubuntu.

This links is for TWiki 5.0.1 and Squeeze (Debian 6 - current stable) on which 10.04 was based.
