Suspend to RAM problems

Hi,
I'm running Kubuntu Edgy and I'm trying to get Suspend to RAM to work. But for some reason it doesn't.
When I press the "Suspend computer" button in the log out window, the computer shuts down and immediately powers up again. I then get a message on my screen saying: pnp: Failed to activate device 00:0b. Then the computer hangs. I then have to shut down the computer by holding the power button for 4 seconds and then start it up again.
Does someone know how I get this to work?
