Sound not working in web pages

I'm going thru some training for my work and was asked to access the following website:

The sound works on my computer. I can watch youtube videos. This site does not work on my desktop, but it works on my laptop, so I know it's an issue with my setup... not with Linux in general. Any ideas on what to check?

Appears to be shockwave-flash video. I don't understand whether it plays at all for you, or plays but without sound. Type

about:plugins
into web browser's address bar to confirm you have shockwave flash player.

OK, never mind now. Maybe I was just overworking the poor computer yesterday. Now it works. Thanks for your consideration.
