Some errors when upgrading via Ubuntu Update Manager?

I upgraded fron 9.10 to 10.04 via the Update manager and:

1) Grub failed to install /dev/sdd

2) Unknown media type in type:

all/all
all/all files
uri/mms
uri/mmst
uri/mmsu
uri/pnm
uri/rtspt
uri/rtspu
fonts/package
interface/x-winamp-skin

Have a look at the following links. Partyboi2 from the Ubuntu Forums reported the following. It looks like it may be related to KDE. Check and see if this is related to what you are seeing.
