setting up ipw2200

Can someone help me with setting up my ipw2200 wireless card? This is an gateway m460.thanks

Distribution: Switched to regualr Ubuntu, because I don't like KDE4, at all. Looks like vista on crack.....

Hi, I think a few posts at the end of this thread dealt with just this issue, but on a dell laptop. What distro are you running ?

That's your laptop--we need to know the name of the Linux distribution--eg Ubuntu, SUSE, Fedora, etc

I have the same issue (Kubuntu and Mepis--both Ubuntu at heart) In this thread, I have gotten some good inputs--which I have not yet tried
