Hi All, I am new in linux. As I install samba and Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, I can access the samba share and all files that share by samba. However, I cannot browse nor access any Windows shares in Windows system, but if I stop the samba services. I can access any Windows shares from my Windows laptop.

Not sure I exactly understand. ..
You can access any windows shares when samba is stopped but not when it is running? How many windows computers are on the network? Are the all running windows 7?
Load smb config files from /etc/samba/smb.conf

Make sure that all of the computers have a unique netbios name.
By default samba uses the computer's hostname for the netbios name and make sure it is less then 16 characters. You can add a netbios name = to your smb.conf file if desired.
Unless you want samba to be a domain controller change to
domain master = no
preferred master = no
Changing the os level = 65 to os level = 33 will make sure it is the master browser.
Be sure to restart samba if any changes were made to the smb.conf file.
I try the above method, still no use....
When I stop the samba services in Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, the Windows Machine can see others Windows Share in Network Neighbor. However, when I start the samba services in linux, all Windows Share disappear again...
Have you changed the setting of domain master in /etc/samba/smb.conf? It appears to be commented out by default, at least on my Ubuntu 10.04 machine. If your Samba server becomes the master browser I believe (and it has been a LONG time since I did any serious Windows networking) that it will say who is who on the network. If it is not aware of the other Windows machines and another Windows machine asks the master browser who is out there... well there is no one out there.
