Running Firefox

Using Kubuntu Dapper and installed Firefox with Adept. However, the only way to get it to run is by typing 'firefox' in Konsole. Is there a way to add Firefox to a menu or the panel?

Yup!

Right-click on the K substitute for the Windoze Start button >
Click on Menu Editor >
Right-click on Internet and select New Item >
Follow the little bouncing paperclip, or read the text in the GUI dialog box and fill in the appropriate blanks.
