Repository package for Flash

What repository package do you use for Flash? I have Ubuntu Hardy Heron in a minimal GNOME installation (started with command line and adding just the packages I need). The flashplugin-nonfree package didn't work well. Every time I was on a page with Flash (like Youtube videos), the browser (whether Firefox or Epiphany) would crash on me.
