question on adding desktop environment

Hi all,

I have Ubuntu 12.04 server 64bit running. It is possible adding Ubuntu desktop on it?

Google on "adding ubuntu desktop environment on ubuntu 12.04 server 64 bit" didn't find me any suggestion.

TIA

google confusion

Too many words!

Your search failed because it was so specific as to filter out many useful answers.
The the string (without quotes) "install desktop ubuntu"
I get 8 useful answers on the first page alone, and either of the first two seem to lead to somewhat complete descriptions of how to accomplish this.

Thanks

The 1st one:-
Install GUI in Ubuntu Server
http://www.ubuntugeek.com/install-gu...tu-server.html

seems suitable for me. I already have Ubuntu 12.04 server running on the box.
