I have a setup where i have a pxe server setup and running fine.

1) A new server comes up and pxe installs ubuntu on it using kickstart.
2) The problem here is, if this machine restarts it gain boots from pxe which i dont want.

There are some ways to avoid this which i know.
i)disable pxe when new hosts are not present and enable it when required.
ii) change boot order in the host machine when installation is completed.
but these options require manual intervention which i cannot provide .

Is there a way to deny pxe installation if it is already done on the host?

That should be pretty simple: Make it a part of your installation routine to create a bootloader configuration under pxelinux.cfg/ for the specific MAC address (means named after the MAC address) of the client that contains only the option for a local boot.
