I also see that on the remote machine which can ssh to 192.168.168.180, the verbose, debug and packet tracing options don't show anything useful!

Code:
[root@rocks7 ~]# ftp -v -d -t 192.168.168.180
ftp: connect: Connection timed out
ftp>
