Problem installing a HP DeskJet 6840dt wireless printer

Having problems installing a HP DeskJet 6840dt wireless printer on my notebook sytem. Before was using SUSE LINUX 10 and had no problems installing it since the 'add' printer/software program gave me the option to choose or specify a TCP PORT name/address( ip address) for it. How do I solve this on Ubuntu?...Do I need to install/add another program package?....THANK YOU!
