printing on Ubuntu 9.10

Hi there !
I have a xerox phaser 3317 Printer. Until Ubuntu 9.10 it was automatically installed and worked perfect.
Now it's not working and what is curious is that in "Printer configuration" window the add new printer button is disabled. The user belongs to admin group.

Any idea?

Thanks
