I just complete the install of Ubuntu server edition. I did the sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop. It downloaded a bunch of stuff, now how do I get to somesort of desktop, so that I could set accounts and things of that kind

Create a user account, if you already have one, log in via the command prompt and type: startx
