I want to listen music from manavai.com. In this site the music files are in the *.asx format. It is working very well in windows as well as Fedora 13 but not in ubuntu. I am the new user of linux. Can you any one help me to sortout this problem?

I have never heard of that format. I did a search on it for playing under Debian (base of Ubuntu). This seems to have been possible as far back as O3. It may be tricky however.

Looks like it is possible using VLC. It comes with its own codec suite so installing it would be a good thing to try anyway.
