need to fix dyndns on ubuntu 6.06

hi guys

im using ubuntu 6.06 and i want to use dynamic DNS.
i allready use dyndns software on my windows is there away or software to let it work on ubuntu.

Not sure about software, but I have Dyndns set up with my Linksys WRT54GS router.

Hi

Check the package "ddclient" - It's in the universe repository. It works with dyndns.org and some others.

The dynamic DNS server your using should have a number of available applications for this purpose. My provider is ChangeIP and I had half a dozen programs to pick from. The one I use is written in Perl and that's why I chose it.
