sda is your flash drive. I can not tell but assume that sdb is your internal Vista drive and sdc is the external drive. With what you posted from the output of the dmesg command sdc may be unreadable.

Yeah. I've done everything I can think of and I've come to that conclusion also. Oh, well... I learned something anyway. Thanks for helping me out michaelk.
