Nautilus Acting Like Windows Explorer

I want to get Nautilus to act like Windows Explorer.

I managed to do it last night, but I can't remember how and now it isn't doing it again. I want the selected folder to be displayed with a list of the folder tree displayed in a seperate frame on the left. I also want all of the folders to be opened in the same window.

Could anyone help with this?

I can help you with the first one.

The shortcut for having a tree is by pressing F9 and also configuring it under preferences.

Second one, I have to search a bit! :-?

You can use Gconf.

Go to apps -> nautilus -> preferences and the first option should be "always_use_browser".

Check that and you should be set.
