monitor and firewire hard drive install issues

1. Open a terminal and try:
Code:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg 2. I've never used a firewire disk. Is there any reason why you don't want to use it as a USB disk? I have used numerous USB flash drives on Ubuntu and they work great. 3. It may be related to #2. Perhaps there is something wrong with modules/drivers needed for firewire? |
