Have you tried downloading it from Adobe? Its not that hard to install and they give you all the instructions on their site. Thats how I installed it for Firefox and Opera. When you start the install, it detects all the browsers on your system, and gives you the option to install Flash individually or all of them. It was simple as can be...

yes, but it did not detect my browser but ask me where to install flash, I type /usr/lib/mozilla/ as shown default, the installation is successful, but nothing happened when I restart firefox, it still tells me flash plugin missing.

I have no idea why it would do that, it worked fine for me.
Just for grins, try downloading Opera and see if it auto recognizes it.

You could try uninstalling Firefox, and use Automatix. Automatix calls Firefox Swiftfox for some reason(but when you start it, its still identified Firefox). But it has the option to install "Swiftfox Browser" and "Swiftfox Plugins" - which it says, "installs commonly used Swiftfox Plugins(Java, Flash, Acrobat, MPlayer) Automatix works fine for Ubuntu. I've used it to install a couple different programs.
