LUKS LVM with usb token at boot

hi,

I am trying to boot a system with the following partition layout using Ubuntu 10.10.

Code:

part1 /boot
part2 LUKS lvm

I have followed tutorials found :
here,here, and here.

I saved this script at /boot.
I turned off the boot splash so I could see what was going on. I have also increased the sleep time in the script to 12 secs to see if my problem would be addressed.
I keep getting "FAILED to find suitable USB key-file" during boot. I am also unable to enter the passphrase at this point.
Am I missing something simple?

OK

Why was my thread moved? Is this something that only ubuntu users use?

I moved it because set up problems are not a security issue (at least not directly). I figured you'd get better exposure here in Ubuntu, plus I left a redirect behind in LQSEC, effectively giving you even more exposure in two totally different forums.

If you feel your thread fits better somewhere else you're free to use the Report button and request that it be moved. BTW, if you wish to discuss moderation issues please contact a moderator directly instead of using the thread, which isn't the proper venue.

Thanks man. You think this is a set up issue or something maybe with how ubuntu works?
