linux newbie with ubuntu 12.04.
 

hello

I have just installed ubuntu 12.04 alongside win vista using wubi installer.

I am new 2 linux .I need some resources to understand this new Os. I got some online tuts on youtube for 10.04 , but not getting ease with this OS version . Do I need to connect to web to access and download from the synaptic package manager.

I have not been able 2 connect to net .
I am using a wired broadband AdSL connection.

pls suggest how should I start learning Ubuntu

Any resources , books , ebooks would be gr8 help.
