i install my ubuntu os but i very familiar in windows enviroment but here how i can install software? how i can work with it?Basically,I want to be a developer.can you help me
Ubuntu is about the easiest distro available in my opinion so it shouldn't be much of a problem getting used to it. Just work with it, get the feel of it and you'll see what I mean. The Ubuntu community also has some pretty easy to follow guides, read them to get to know how your new OS works. For example concerning your question about installing software, you can read this one.

In Linux, there is a system of repositories where the common SW is stored for each distro. This is accessed using a "package manager". In Ubuntu, I think they also call it the "Software center". Look thru your menus.
