libncurses
hi there,,, I want to install kismet in my ubuntu,,,
when I run ./configure... it say
configure: error: Unable to find libncurses or libcurses
what can I do for this?
can you help me .... I m really newbie for ubuntu

Why not install kismet using synaptics instead of trying to build it from source? If you insist on installing from source, then you need to install libncurses and libncurses-dev.

You need to run Synaptic or the Add/Remove Software program and search for libncurses-dev, then select it for installation. You can even install kismet using the same tools.
