laptop powering down on ac power regardless of xfce power management

I have a Toshiba C55-5200 laptop xubuntu 14.04. I use xfce power setting app to set it to never go to sleep when hooked to ac power. But, it still goes to sleep after 10 minutes. Which is the battery settings. All ac settings are set to NEVER, but it still goes to sleep on ac.

Any ideas?

Open the XFCE Power Manager and go to Display. General> System > Display and where it says "put to sleep" drag the bar with your mouse as far as it will go to increase the time.

I looked in my Xfce Power Manager settings and couldn't find any other way to change the sleep settings. Maybe give another DE a try and see if there are more options to control the sleep settings.

Sounds like a bug to me:-
