I've downloaded, installed Kubuntu 6.10, but, the installer failed to correctly identify, set-up x windows for me. If this was slackware or freebsd I'd run xorgconfig at the command prompt and re-set it. But that doesn't work for Kubuntu.
Does anyone know the command to go in at the terminal prompt and re-set xorg?
Thank you.
I think xorgconfig should work on Kubuntu. All you would need to do is "sudo xorgconfig".
Nope, it doesn't work.
This worked for me, I did a bit of searching here and another user had graphics problems too. This command allowed me to re-set my xorg settings at a command prompt.
