Ksensors not detecting CPU temp

Everything else works about it - frequency, fans, etc. "MainBoard" icon in Configure Ksensors tool isn't even there. It works fine on my 2 Athlon XP boxes, but not on my new Athlon 64 box - Asus mobo, AM2 socket. All running same versions of Dapper... Yes, Lm_sensors is installed and I've already run sensors detect. It sees the GPU, not CPU.

Any ideas?

64-bit Athlon processors have a different thermal sensor than older 32-bit Athlon uP's. You need a module called k8temp to 'read' these sensors. The k8temp module wasn't included until the 2.6.19 series kernel.
