kde354 does not accept fish:// protocol

I am using Kubuntu Dapper 6.06 on both my desktop and laptop.
When I try to use fish://user@192.168.1.xxx:/home/user in Konqueror, as soon as I hit the enter key, the protocol is changed to http://fish... and of course I get an error:
Quote:
An error occurred while loading http://fish//user%40192.168.1.xxxata:
Unknown host fish
The same problem exists on both machines (which are quite different).
I can ssh between computers without problems but fish was so convenient.
Research on former threads didn't bring any light and a post on Ubuntu Forum brought no answer neither. Maybe some geek among you have a clue.

Thanks

Seeing how noone has replied and I am curious, what does fish do? Have any sites to look at on this? I tried google, but didn't find anything.

I have KDE 3.5.4 and the fish kio works for me.
The fish service is in the package "kdebase-kio-plugins" so if you have that you should be able to use it.

Thank you for answering but the problem is solved. It was a stupid syntax error; I use rcync often and out of habit, I mistakenly put colon ( after the computer address. Sorry.
fish://user@192.168.xxx.xxx:<-- no colon here!!

FISH. KDE can use SSH, combined with some simple POSIX tools running on the remote host ("mv", "cp", "sed") to seamlessly show you files on a remote host ...
It is very convenient for retrieving files fast.
