KDE Panel settings?

I have a transparent OS X-like dock on my Dapper Kubuntu system and find it comes in very useful but I don't want to lose it when I upgrade to Edgy; where are the settings for it stored? I've tried the .kde directory in /home/marks but it just has 4 short cuts to other directories which don't look very useful themselves. It would save me a lot of time and effort if someone could help, thanks

How about ~/.kde/share/config/kickerrc? That's where it is stored on my distribution.
