KAlarm's times are off in Intrepid

When I updated to Intrepid, KAlarm started doing things six hours off. Now, for instance, it's 2:00 where I am, but KAlarm thinks it's 8:00. So if I set an alarm at 8:00, it goes off at 2:00.

If it makes any difference, I'm using it in Gnome and I don't have KDE installed.

Is there any way to fix this? For the time being I'm just adjusting the time by six hours, but it would be much better if I could just enter the right time.

Oh, I see now, there's an "ignore time zone" option, I'll try that. Thanks.

Well, the "ignore time zone" option doesn't work, and the only time zone option I have available in the drop list is UTC. dpkg-reconfigure tzdata didn't make any difference, either.

Ah, ok, I got it. I installed korganizer and that gave me all of the time zones I needed.

Thanks. If you hadn't brought time zones to my attention, I wouldn't have been able to find that.
