Well the title says it all. What im basically trying to do is access the CISCO academy website http://cisco.netacad.net for a part of my college IT course.

We need to use the on line resources which just so happen to be java based or something closed like that.

I cannot seem to get past the login screen on this Ubuntu box, however im fine in Windows :'(

So please please help if you know of a solution to this, im really not a fan of using a Windows box just for one task.

EDIT: Sorry, forgot to mention im running Ubuntu 6.10 Edgy.

I'd think you probably need to install java and the java plugin, just follow the instructions on this page Installing Java, specifically the "Java on Mozilla Firefox" part

Im afriad to say it's still not moving, I even tried the mozilla browser and it's still not loading the page.
