Installing webmin on ubuntu server

I am new to ubuntu and linux. I want to install webmin but I am not sure how to do it. Do I download it to my pc and then transfer it over to my server and if so how, or can I download it directly onto my server and if so how? My server is connected to the internet. Thanks for any and all help. I don't have a lot of command line knowledge when it comes to linux but I do learn quickly.

or use synaptic and search for webmin
